Final pricing may change due to site conditions, equipment requirements, material costs, labor, code compliance, customer-requested changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project. Whenever possible, pricing changes will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, delays may occur due to emergency service calls, weather conditions, traffic, supply availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Kodiak Comfort HVAC reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and work area during scheduled appointments. Delays caused by inaccessible work areas, pets, unsafe conditions, or other site-related issues may require appointments to be rescheduled.
Payment is due according to the terms outlined on your invoice, proposal, financing agreement, or service contract. Failure to make payment may result in delayed services, finance charges where permitted by law, collection efforts, or suspension of future services.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable notice. Kodiak Comfort HVAC reserves the right to charge cancellation or restocking fees for missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or special-order equipment and materials that cannot be returned.
Kodiak Comfort HVAC stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Labor warranties, when applicable, will be explained during the project or provided in writing. Warranty coverage may be void if equipment has been altered, improperly maintained, or serviced by unauthorized parties.
